Maybelline Super Stay Better Skin Foundation Review

I recently received my VoxBox from Influenster containing Maybelline Super Stay Better Skin Foundation. The foundation promises to improve the skin’s texture in just three weeks. I was initially asked what skin tone I have and what shade of foundation I use and from there, they sent me the closest shade that they think would best suit me. Luckily, the shade they chose for me matches pretty well.

The consistency of the foundation is very thick and silky.  I used a foundation brush to apply it on my face.  The end result is pretty good – it was pretty sheer and it gave a pretty good coverage too.  It concealed the small sunspots that I have in my cheek area. I like that it also looks very natural and not pasty.

The foundation did not really fare well throughout the day. It wore off little by little and made my face a bit oily.

As for the foundation’s claim of having better skin in Three weeks, I cannot truly say that it did anything on mine. All my skin problems were still there and nothing changed in terms of my skin’s texture. I did not see any improvements. One good thing about this is that I did not develop any skin irritation, break-outs or dryness.
