Core Fitness Zone Resistance Band Set Review

I love working out but sometime the business of life (and weather) gets in the way. I was given a chance to try and test a set of Resistance Band by Core Fitness Zone. This set has everything I need for a good workout. It has 5 bands, each with a different level of resistance - it ranges from Very lights, about 5 lbs to the heaviest which is about 40 pounds.

The bands also come with a nice pouch for storage.
