Price Hike Alert: Loot Crate

Hey everyone! I hope you saw the email sent by Loot Crate a couple of days a go. In case you missed it or accidentally deleted it, here is what it says:

Dear Looters!

From grabbing tacos with Deadpool to sending Looters to the Assassin’s Creed film premiere, 2016 was a great year for curating the best products and unique experiences for Looters worldwide.  In 2017 we’re looking forward to bringing you even closer to the franchises you love.

In order to continue to deliver these great products and experiences, effective December 20, 2016  we will be raising the price for single month-to-month subscriptions by two dollars to $21.99 (Includes S&H). Loot Crate multi-month subscriptions (3, 6, 12 month subscriptions) will see zero increase and remain the same price.  

So why are we increasing pricing?  Because we continue to increase our investment in the quality and value of the Loot Crate monthly experience.   In 2017, we’re taking the Loot Crate subscription to the next level. We are creating bigger, better exclusives, more original content, expanding contests, and developing experiences that connect us more deeply to the franchises we all love.
