Silicone is seriously the best product for ice cube trays.  Remember the days when we were using plastic trays? We have to run the plastic trays over running water, bang it a bit or twist it so that the ice will pop out. With the silicone tray, ice just simply slides out of it! Ice Cube Tray Hacks

1. Freeze herbs with olive oil in ice cube trays – pop one out if needed. You can also freeze pesto.

 

2. Puree berries and freeze in ice cube trays.

 

3. Make chocolate ice cubes and add them to milk

 

4. Make ice cubes for left over wine – use it for making your next beef bourguignon

5. Make your own peanut butter cups – pour come melted chocolate about ¼ of the ice cube tray, add peanut butter then fill it again with chocolate.
 

6. Make mini popsicles.

 

7. Freeze greens – puree spinach or kale then add to your daily dose of healthy smoothie
 

8. Make chocolate covered strawberries without the mess. Fill the tray with ¼ chocolate, insert strawberry then chill.
 

9. Freeze coffee – use coffee cubes in making iced coffee – regular ice waters down the flavor this will intensify it.

 

10. Use ice cube tray to portion out cookie dough.
