Thank You Farmer Back to Iceland Cleansing Water
The primary ingredient of this Cleansing Water is of course, water. It is a cleanser that removes all the dirt, grime and make-up on the skin without the need for lathering and rinsing. It’s like a wipe and go! It contains Iceland Moss extracts which soothes the skin as well as improve its elasticity and firmness. It also contains Witch Hazel Extract, Peppermint Leaf Extract, Lemon Grass Extract, Wintergreen Extract and Strawberry Seed Extract.
I am a big fan of double cleansing and a quick route cleansing such as this is a bit awkward for me – but I do see the value of it especially during times when I am in hurry or too lazy to do my 2-step cleansing then this one is the way to go. It effectively removes make-up and it really cleanses the skin. Just to make sure that all residues are removed, I always make a final sweep using a fresh cotton (plus the cleansing water, of course).
This cleanser doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or tight.

This facial wash contains Niacinamide which controls oil and minimizes the pores. It also has Aloe Vera, for soothing and cooling as well as Burdock Root which restores and gives life to dull looking skin. The main star ingredient is of course the Iceland Moss Extract which is known to soothe skin and reduce inflammation. It is ideal for oily, acne-prone, combination and normal skin. It also addresses oiliness, skin dryness and large pores.
Normally, I would go for a cleanser that doesn’t foam much because it dries my skin. As stated on its name tag, this cleanser really does have foaming action and yes, it did dry my skin. I have combination skin that leans towards dry and most of the time, cleansers such as this strips the moisture off my skin. However, that doesn’t mean that this cleanser is a no-go. Cleansing wise, it does its job. It smells amazing too! Perhaps this cleanser is best for oily skin or acne prone skin.

I am so fascinated with peeling creams and gels. It immediately removes dead skin cells with the pleasure of witnessing it happen right before my eyes. The way peeling creams work is that the ingredients interact with the oil on the skin. For the Iceland Peeling Cream , this ingredient is cellulose. Once the cellulose interacts with the oil, it clumps and serves as little grains which exfoliates and buffs the skin. Visually, it seems like the clumps are the dead skin – but no it is not, however, surely it is covered with all the dead and dry skin it removes.
Notable ingredients for this peeling cream are: Iceland Moss Extract, BHA (Salicylic Acid), Oligo HA, Witch Hazel Extract, Lemon Grass Extract and Strawberry Extract.
What makes this peeling cream special is the Iceland Moss Extract which softens the dead skin cells. This makes it easier for the clumped up cellulose to peel and remove the dead skin.
This peeling cream works and I enjoy using it because of that visual satisfaction while using it. Also, after rinsing off the product, my skin feels softer and smoother. It also looks brighter and livelier.
